The ordered goods are shipped with the GLS parcel service.

IMPORTANT: When shipping with GLS, someone must receive the parcel at the delivery address.
Please note that your parcel CANNOT be deposited at the post office!
You can also specify an alternative delivery address, e.g. your workplace, a neighbor or acquaintance as the delivery address.

If a driver of GLS Austria does not meet a private recipient, the package will be deposited in the nearest parcel store. The recipient receives a notification card with which they can collect their parcel.
If you also provide your telephone number, the driver can contact you or suggest a new time or place for delivery.

Undelivered packages remain in the parcel store for 9 days. If the parcel is not collected during this time, the driver will take it back and return it to us.

The delivery time for our parcels is 4-6 working days in Austria and 5-7 working days in Germany. In the rest of the EU and Switzerland, delivery takes 7-10 working days. (The data are indicative – the deliverer does not guarantee the delivery time).

Shipping costs

The shipping costs depend on the order quantity and the country of delivery.
In some countries, additional costs may arise due to import duties and taxes. These costs shall be borne by the purchaser.
